How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 5-15 business days from your order is shipped. Before that, there are 24 hours processing period.

What shipping company is my order shipped by?

We ship orders using EMS (Express Mail Service). To some specific countries and territories, orders might be shipped by Fedex or TNT.

Who will deliver my order to me?

If your order is shipped by EMS, your local post service will deliver the parcel to your house, the shipping address your provided during purchasing process. If your order is shipped by any other carriers, relevant company will deliver the parcel.

What can i do? I missed the delivery.

If you were not home, you may miss the delivery. Usually the post service will attempt to redeliver your parcel for 1 or 2 more times. You can either wait home waiting or pick it up from your local post office. However, if 3 attempts fail, you will have go to the post office to pick it up yourself.
